How It Works
DO THE PACKAGES INCLUDE THE ALCOHOL?
No! Due to strict Washington & Oregon laws, The Beverage Bar cannot provide the alcohol. But we are more than happy to help guide you on perfecting your drink menu. We will help calculate the amount of alcohol you will need to purchase based on the number of guests! All left over alcohol is returned to you at end of event!
DO YOU TRAVEL FAR?
Yes! Our packages include travel within 50 miles of our home base!We charge an additional $1 per mile, round-trip for mileage over 50 miles. We are available for events in WA & OR!
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS AT THE EVENT LOCATION FOR SUCCESSFUL SET UP?
It is best to check with venues to make sure they allow mobile bars! We need enough area to pull in and move around with a truck and trailer. We also need a level surface & power hook up within 75ft of trailer!
LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes! We have general & liquor liability insurance. All bartenders are licensed as well.
