DO THE PACKAGES INCLUDE THE ALCOHOL?
No! Due to strict Washington & Oregon laws, The Beverage Bar cannot provide the alcohol. But we are happy to help guide you on perfecting your drink menu. We will calculate the amount of alcohol you will need to purchase based on the number of guests! All left over alcohol is returned to you at end of event!
DO YOU TRAVEL FAR?
Yes! Our packages include travel within 30 miles of our home base! We charge an additional $1 per mile, round-trip for mileage over 30 miles. We are available for events in WA & OR!
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS AT THE EVENT LOCATION FOR SUCCESSFUL SET UP?
It is best to check with your venue to make sure they allow mobile bars! Please have in mind where you would like our trailer located during event (serving window is on drivers side). Within 50ft of power hookup is recommend.
LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes! We have general & liquor liability insurance.
All bartenders are licensed & trained.
